Fish filling: Spread a mixture of butter and French mustard on the bread. Cut neat fish fillets and steam them until completely cooked. Fry the fillets lightly in butter and then place on the sandwich. Place a layer of cheese slices and cut in half. Egg filling: You will use two eggs, two tablespoons of milk and some salt and pepper for this sandwich. Mix the eggs separately while placing the milk and seasonings in a greased pan. Cook at medium heat while stirring the eggs continuously until they are firm. The eggs can be added to shredded chicken, mutton, pork, kidneys or any vegetables for added variation. Cheese filling: For this you will need 25 grams of you favorite grated cheese, two tablespoons butter, a finely sliced hard boiled egg, a few coriander leaves, a teaspoon of minced onion, a minced green chili and salt for flavor. Then simply mix all the ingredients and place on the slices of bread. In addition to these sandwiches be sure to give your child a cup of flavored milk in a thermos flask. Include either a orange, two peaches or 200 grams of grapes or strawberries to carry to school and eat during lunch. |
